This week in workouts {Sept 23-29}

Sunday – Rest day. Legs actually felt pretty good after yesterday’s 3 miler, so I’m happy about that!

Monday – 3 mi/37 min

Tuesday – Warm up 3 miles on the exercise bike, 15 minutes of leg exercises (presses, squats, lunges, extensions), 30 minutes of Hatha {DVD: Element: Hatha & Flow Yoga For Beginners}

Wednesday – 3 mi/37 min. This was a mental struggle. I had to talk myself out of walking a few times, but I pulled it off.

Thursday – Warm up 3.6 miles on the exercise bike, 15 minutes of leg exercises (presses, squats, lunges, extensions)

Friday – 3.13 miles/42 minutes – tired legs + angry tummy = defeating run

Saturday – Rest day. Celebrating the boyfriend’s birthday!
